Just post pics of you out and about or cool stuff you did/ saw. Maybe once every 2 weeks or a month. Be in pics with groups of people most of the time, and some by yourself (like a gym pic).

Don’t worry too much about following count, just enjoy it, and follow redpill stuff on a spam/ separate account.

The thing about IG is that if you want it to be really good (1K+ followers) you have to constantly be putting in work and it's really not worth it.

You have to be top 5% in looks for girls to DM you, and if you're top 5% then you wouldn't be on TRP.

Best thing to do is post 6-9 great photos of you (group photos, photos with attractive women, "off guard" shirtless pic, and maybe buy a few hundred followers.
