I will only choose the best genes to reproduce with based on looks, IQ, proneness to diseases and any useful parameter I can come up with.

Because men have bad cards in the dating market. Men just can't do better. If I ever should decide to become father (earliest when I am 30-35), I will definitely choose a women who is somewhat tall and has an high IQ.

Because men like to fuck and spread their seed. Its less of a risk to us than it is for a woman.
Women are more selective because of social shaming (even though that's slowly fading now in this shameless society) and as I said above, due to having a child being more risky for her.

She should cook for me.
Put at least half the effort I do. 3 simple requirements to even consider relationship. Until then I'm fine with spinning plates. Best so far was meeting 2 of them.
