In your head, and only in your head, the fact that this woman "started making eye contact with" you and you "reciprocated" means something. In normal people's heads, people look at people, have conversations, smile, and so on and it's not necessarily romantic or sexual. Normal people can tell the difference between significant and insignificant encounters.

You and this married woman, however kept "making eye contact ... for couple of weeks daily". In your head, and only in your head, this is not weird and creepy but is instead some kind of communication and flirting. In normal people's heads, it's kind of weird and creepy that you're staring "daily" at this woman you clearly don't know very well because you don't even talk to her.

In your head and only in your head, the fact that this woman saw you "and started walking slowly" is significant. You think she slowed down for you or as some way to indicate romantic or sexual availability to you. Normal people are able to recognize significant and insignificant interactions and don't have to guess whether some woman walking slowly ahead of them is trying to flirt because they know that's stupid.

This woman "turned her head and kept looking" at you, probably because you're that creepy staring guy from the place next to where she works and now you're fucking following her.

And you, the creep that you are, don't talk to her or do anything other than the same creepy shit you've been doing. You stare and walk "without giving a shit", when you clearly give a shit because you've been hyper-analyzing this woman's eye contact and walking speed and route for "couple of weeks daily".

I'm getting creeped out just reading your perception of this situation. You don't have a clue and have this big story you've written in your own head that isn't real.
