Have body cams with video and audio recording set up before doing any of that. But yeah, if it's that bad, find somewhere else to go but beware that with the way things are going, a lot of companies are going to become that terrible.

Plan your exit strategy carefully and think about this logically. Do you have another job in place or a mean to earn money? Make sure you have proofs. You can't win against them with just words alone.

If you stand up you'll end up with a sexual harassment accusation at HR, you may not only get fired but can also impact your reputation on your field. I suggest you keep a low profile and don't engage while you search another job, preferibly on a male-dominated field (aka, Blue Collar jobs).

Those circumstances are not in your direct control. Over longer term you can get a new job, sure, but if over the short term you go all burned earth, that might be difficult as you need recommendations.

Having an anger problem myself an older colleague once told me that I need to stop taking responsibility for other peoples actions. And indeed, if you are angry at someone else, you try to do that. It is not under your control, nor should it be, what the other person is doing. The only thing under your full control is how you react towards that.

People when they think that they have power always try to force themselves into others, and as long as you are not in absolute power there will be always someone forcing themself upon you.

Maybe learn to operate in that environment so that it is to your advantage. No concrete advise here, but one metaphor that has helped me to get my act together a couple of times is that of "sailing against the wind". So you are in aviation at sea and want to reach the coast but the wind is blowing from land to sea. If you put your sail right into the wind you get blown out to sea, so after doing that you are further out than before. You have to put the sail up against the wind so that like an airplane wing it experiences suction and the boat is pulled forward, and then via a zig-zag course you come closer and closer to the shore. Takes longer, takes more thinking and attention, but gets you there instead of cursing at the wind and drifting further and further away.
