Not to be a simp. That's #1 thing I would teach: don't be a fucking simp. Or an orbiter.
Do all the shit you wanna do right now, it is sooo much easier. Fuck girls, hook up, break up, get into fights etc. It is 10x harder when you leave HS.
Lift and get into sports. If you start at 16, by the time you are 18 you will look like a Greek God.

Here is where you went wrong. I treat them like they're below me and they love that shit. Of course, I am friendly and respect some stuff to a degree but I get them to know that I am better than them. If a girl thinks you are stronger, smarter, better.. she will want to suck the fuck out of your dick. Just don't do it vocally. That's my advice.

PS: Don't be a pussy. You chickened out. Don't let it happen again. Get into a serious thing and break up. Teens do that all the time. You're not gonna get anything serious in your teens.. trust me.

First things first that a woman should only ever come in to compliment the life you have already built for yourself not be the reason to live. Stay humble and give 100% to every activity you participate in. I would tell you that fuck man drugs are fun, but they will suck you in and lose you years of your life. Don’t ever stop working out/training or whatever the fuck. I boxed from age 11-17. Then I started my party years. When I came back to boxing at age 26 I was fucked and it was about 10x harder to get back into shape. Don’t be me My final advice would be this ... put yourself first, not necessarily in a selfish way but know that this is your life, it’s the only one you’re going to get and what you put into it is what you’ll get out. You can actually achieve great things if you are willing to work for it. On top of that, remember you only have one play through so don’t take life to seriously and for fuck sake try and have some fun along the way.

Vet people. You are the alpha in your life, and people are only allowed in if you feel that they have truly earned a spot. If they have, reward them. If they have not, drop them. Don't just include people in your life because you are "nice" or because you want to f**k them. And don't feel bad, they will drop you like a tissue or bully you if the situation was reversed.

Just some general advices like AWALT, don't be thirtsy etc since he will not TRP yet anyways as he's so young and we all know how dumb we were at that age. He will learn on his own and come back to you to start to listen when he's older.
