I made a thread asking what a woman can do to defend herself from an attacker of some countries ban self defense weapons. I get people saying that self defense is more affective than pepper spray or a taser. I’m sorry but a 5’2 woman isn’t going to take down a 6’0 man no matter what self defense she learns. You have to be Rhonda Russey (the best female fighter) if you want to take down an average man.

I think banning self defense weapons puts women at risk but these people underestimating the strength differences is stupid and is just going to get women hurt
