Girl asks to see me/hangout. I give her a date/time/location. She’s busy at that time asks for another day, I give her one. She never confirmed, it’s day of I have other plans with someone else now (not waiting for her) she proceeds to text me asking how I’m doing, her work has been stressful and she will tell me about it in person…. I don’t want to ask her to hangout again since 1) asked to change the first offer 2) she didn’t acknowledge the second offer. Her latest text is stating she will tell me in person (about her work) and how am I?

My plan is to respond way later and tell her “I’m good thanks. yeah definitely tell me about it in person” that way if she wants to see me she can ask.
