You could probably get the answer to this by googling, but honestly there are 3 big tips.

Improve yourself! Looks, brain, health, skills, taste, whatever else you deem important.
Put yourself out there. To give you an example, I spent years wanting a boyfriend. I spent 3-4 weeks actively seeking one before I found my LTR.
Vet vet vet vet vet. Trust me, there will be no shortage of men if you did step 1 and 2 right, but you need to find the one for you in that group.

nothing happening ? well advices from an experienced man 57 yo ... chase the men you want, do not wait for him to do the job, you are an adult and equal to men, you can do it just like men are obliged to do it and then are obliged to see most women as teenagers. stop acting like a teenager who thinks she is the center of universe and everything must turn around herself ans obey her desires. go to the gym a lot to be in good shape. eat healthy food. stop gossip. ask men to evaluate you on a scale 0-10 so you know your real worth for men, and choose men on your level not men 2 or 3 levels above you. And magically things will happen because as an adult you make them happen.
