The data needs to be normalized to reflect percentages of nominations and wins. For example, each winning age group could be represented perfectly equal to their percentage of working actors and we wouldn't know from this chart.

It would be interesting to have a look at the types of movies and the roles played that won vs those that didn't.

There are some genres that simply don't stand a chance at winning an Oscar, despite the performance or the actor/actress.

That and the criteria for an Oscar and who decides.
