What’s the best way to respond to a narcissistic ex who reaches out every 3-6 months trying to catch up and even grab coffee or hang out?

RP teaches to keep frame, but also not to sift through trash (allow an ex back in your life). However, I don’t have an interest in taking her back, nor being her friend. She wants both of these things though.

How do you respond? Do you respond at all? I’m caught between “no response” and simply keeping it cordial but staying busy and not giving her too much time or consideration.

I just want to make sure I’m not coming off as salty or still having feelings, because she cheated on me and I cut her off immediately. She was blocked for awhile but I feel like that comes off as weak and still salty.
