Exactly. If you aren't fucking them then why are you with them? I have a group of about 12 other men my age (61) and we play tennis 3 times a week. I love it. We sledge each other and talk shit and there is nothing better. I don't need anything else. Why would I want a girl as a friend with all her anxieties, phobias, emotions, disrespect, me-attitude?

Being in a mutually beneficial relationship with a woman does not violate the MGTOW "rules." Having a woman who honors you as a man and celebrates your masculine traits is what to look for in a mate/partner. And to take it a step further, you should embrace a woman who values her femininity and allows herself to be dominated by her man.

And eliminating women who create toxic or detrimental conditions for you should be your goal. This includes women who put you in the "friend zone." Friend zone females are detrimental to men's mental, physical, and emotional well-being. If you have the urge to smash and cannot, it takes a toll on your psyche. Having a female friend should be avoided at all cost.

You have a lot of growing to do if you wish to chase pussy. By all means you are your own person decisions, words, and actions are all on you. But know it's a fool's errand and can lead to you being in situations that are absolutely fucked up beyond your control. Unwanted consequences exist.

I think male-female friendships don't work out even if you are able to hold conversation together. Firstly, the awkward sexual tension will place limits on what you can do and share together that would not come up in unisex friendships. Secondly, male friendships are build on shared interest, experience, and reciprocity. With most women, she probably doesn't have the same interests as you, will probably feel to awkward if you hang out together too much, and doesn't feel obligated to enact reciprocity.

If you are extroverted and prefer a wide circle of friends of varying degrees, you can have them as casual friends and social proof. But approach women with a male understanding of friendship and you might get burnt.

There are only 4 ways of attracting women: looks, money, status or social circles.

Women put men into 1 of 3 categories: lover (Chad), provider (simp), or emotional tampon (friendzone).

When women view you as a provider it is because they see you only as a boyfriend but not as a hookup, not because of your personality but because they think you are not good looking enough and the same thing goes for emotional tampons.

The saying that nice guys get friendzoned for being too nice is completely false, women aren't attracted to assholes, they are attracted to confident good looking men and when I say confident, I mean men who have the confidence to communicate their needs and desires and aren't afraid of being rejected since they know they can get it elsewhere.

So, to not be friendzoned, the solution is simple, you must improve your physical appearance by getting a muscular ripped physique and then you will not get friendzoned as often.

There is a difference between having true female friends and being in the friendzone. If you are a high SMV (sexual market value) man, then you can female friends to gain access to a bigger supply of women as long as you make it clear to them that you won't be their emotional tampon since your time is precious. Men who do this are playing the dating game to their advantage.

Of course, you can always just go MGTOW if you don't care about getting laid or attracting women but you need to always remember that women will always treat you based on what you look like and how much money you make, the only exception could be your family if they are not toxic parasites that want to use you.

Also, a provider (simp) CAN get laid but he will have to spend much more time and money on women to do it but some guys manage to play it to their advantage by doing the pump and dump method where they get into a relationship and stay just for the sex while never fully committing.

You can be MGTOW while hooking up as a Chad, or while doing the pump and dump method or by just being a sexless monk, that decision is up to you and what you want out of life. Also, you don't need to be a supermodel to be Chad, you just need to be good looking enough to attract some women, the better your looks are, the better the quantity and quality of women you will be able to get.
