i'm not saying i'm a freak who jerks off every day once he wakes up, but the morning is the most tempting time, especially when you don't have a job(a reason to wake up)

i'm in the job hunt and continued educational learning, i don't need help with that. But i do know i've continued to find new sources of J-O material and with how internet savy i am it will never end, like a addict with an endless source i will probably never stop (just a comparison, obviously jerkin it is nothing near to as bad as shooting up or snorting something).

Do you guys have any good sayings, rituals that you used to make you tell yourself to fuck off and not jerk it no matter how much you'd like to.

I'm not desperate, but i know it'd improve my life. Also i haven't went on that /nofap before so i don't know if it'd be beneficiary. I'm at the beginning stages of seriously wanting to stop, moreso than ever, but need a good kick in the face to get me started. Thanks for reading
