There are genders, obviously. Sex is the gender you where assigned at birth. It can never change, and trans folks accept that, and understand that. Gender is gender identity, and is more fluid that Sex. Just check a birth certificate, or a simple passport. It’s sex, and cannot be changed. Gender is different. Feminists want to get rid of Gender Roles, not gender itself.

The gender debate is always going to be a dicey topic. Like how descriptive and in-depth do you describe a gender before it just becomes the person’s personality. What is an acceptable number of genders before it becomes overwhelming. Doctors don’t assign a gender they observe and record what they as the genitals a person has correlates closely to hormone production, metabolism and general development of the body.
