Just based on the post, I'm going to be honest I don't have a problem with men or women who date several people causally when there's no established relationship going on. But you should be open and honest about it... especially if your goal is to find "the one". That's already starting the potential relationship off with dishonesty, I wouldn't call it cheating though since it doesn't sound like she's committed to a relationship with the people she's seeing. Just be open and let people know that you're keeping your options open while you get to know each other, and when the time comes to discuss a formal relationship then you plan to commit to monogamy.

NOW that said... the comments are atrocious as one might expect from FDS and completely the wrong advice. I do not advocate lying or brushing off or ignoring people who are genuinely interested and being nice to you. It is abusive to hide the truth from them and ignore their feelings because it's inconvenient to have to deal with that conversation. It's only a problem because you weren't honest in the first place... and that's entirely your fault. (you in this paragraph being the woman who posted asking for advice)
