Hi, I know this is a subreddit only for women but I'd rather get a women's perspective on this rather than men.

I am a 25m and she is 22f and she started working at the same company I did 5 months ago.

We immediately hit it off and became friends and little flirting here and there but I didn't think much of it. 2 weeks after she starts working there I find out she has a boyfriend so I cut back on the flirting. Time goes by and we are getting to know each other more and more and we confide in each other about our problems and life. She always has a huge grin when we look at each other and saying things like why didn't I meet you before my boyfriend and the flirting has increased.

Last week we had planned just to go disc golfing and she ended up postponing until this week because her boyfriend was jealous about her spending time with me.

This weekend was a yearly party where we stayed at a fancy hotel. A coworker of ours that doesnðt know her at all noticed the chemistry between us and asked me what was going on and I told him that I liked her a lot but she was in a relationship, then unbeknownst to me goes up to her later that night and tells her that he isn't blind and that he sees what's going on and she should break up with him and start with me.

Later that night she tells me about it and that it had messed up her head and I don't know what to say, I didn't want to say Yes and put pressure on her and possibly breaking up a relationship or hurt ours and I couldn't say no because that wouldn't be the truth. so I just danced around it and let her talk.

We talk constantly, we clearly have chemistry, and I'm developing feelings for her.

What should I do?
