Met him a couple of months ago, and it's amazing. When the two of us are alone, or just a third one is there, he's nice, funny, we are all a group, we have fun.

When a bigger group is gathered, he becomes a completely different person, raises his voice all the time, always laughing over the others, imposing himself... and always pushing me down.

He even starts talking to other guys about me and making jokes about me, with me there, and fucking ignoring me! Same with women, he can't contain about joking about me when they are in the room!

I laughed it off at first and bantered back, making fun of him and similar. Now whenever I joke or say something he starts picking on me, saying I'm an idiot or similar, and he's not joking... One of the girls told me that he thinks I'm a child and tells people to ignore me. It's like going to a stranger's home with your family and having the host telling your family to ignore you while he mocks you and shows how stupid you are in his view...

I'm a really small company, family business-like, and there's no HR, and I don't want to report him. But... any of you ever had to deal with a dick like this?
