About a year ago I talked to a girl on tinder for i think a few days that lifted and I remember she eventually stopped replying for like a week so I unmatched her.

I mean not a lot has changed in 1 year other than that I left my old job and am now a doctoral student in a very promising and interesting field

She matched me again the other day and of course I played along. I mentioned I remember she ghosted me and she said "oh I probably just forgot while dealing with all the bs of life" (which we all know is bs, there's always another guy and everyone checks their phone every day esp if they are truly interested).

She asked me what I now did blah blah and I told her oh I quit my job and an working on my PhD at the moment.

IMMEDIATELY the very next message she gave me her number and told me to text her. And the very same day she asked me out for dinner/drinks or something.

I was/am just wasting her time to show her she had a chance and lost it and that treating me as a backup while she sees I'm moving up in life is not going to work. So at the moment I'm wasting her time and being wishy washy.

She also posted ig stories today of her clearly being out to dinner/drinks walking by a river side taking pics all night which just makes it look like she's broadcasting she is on another date

Yes before you guys roast me for even doing all that I thought it was funny to let her see briefly where I am at now since she ghosted me and where I am heading so she can think about that as she continues to reach the wall and then settles for a schmuck she can't stand while I am busy doing awesome things with my life and not chasing women
