Background: 21 year old been working since 14(under the table) not a very wealthy family as a matter a fact pretty broke. I came to America from Russia at 8. My current employment is at a warehouse and I make jack shit from it 13.75/H with no further raises. I've been working here for the past 3 years due to having bills and having steady employment without a big chance of getting fired. I've been trying to apply to jobs on indeed every here and there but not that often and the response is almost always the same "not qualified", honestly I don't know what potential skill I can offer any job. Working at the warehouse assembling things and driving a forklift is about all I've gotten out of these 3 wasted years. Am I doing something wrong? Is indeed a bad place to look for a job? How did you guys find jobs/started businesses? I'm asking this out of interest and maybe motivation. Planning on signing up for community college next Saturday for January classes. I would like to get a computer science degree not sure how long / what the progress is going to be for me to achieve it but I'm certain it's what I want to learn.

My plan: stay at the warehouse job 6am-2:30pm and go to evening classes for however long it takes. And with whatever time I have left do gym and work on myself.
