I'm 17, my co-worker is about 26 or so, mid 20's.

The place i work at has a fairly loose dress code, management genuinely doesn't care what you wear. It's not very dangerous work or anything though. One of my co-worker's is kind of distracting for me. She's insanely beautiful, like magazine cover beauty. She also dresses in a pretty revealing way almost every day. Usually a low cut tube top and a mini skirt. It leaves very very little to the imagination. Not only that, she's fairly flirtatious with everyone, including me ,and physical. Very physical, resting her elbow on people, hugging, hair tussling. She always calls me cutie and swetie.

It's really getting to me, she really drives my libido wild. Like i honestly have started going in the bathroom to "relieve" myslef to focus on work.

Would it be appropriate if i asked her out? how can i ask her out? I don't usually flirt back with her or anything, i'm usually a little frozen but maybe i could flirt back a little. I know the flirting is probably just harmless and doesn't mean anything but i still want to make something out of it, maybe even a ONS. I know there's an age gap but She's single and i think about her constantly, i think it could work out.

If not, how can i get her to tone down everything?
