For example, lately I put on my Hinge profile that I'm Christian and conservative (in an attempt to keep the riffraff away). In reality, I'm more of a libertarian guy who was raised Christian, but doesn't attend church.

I've had a couple Christian girls agree to the first date, but then the night before, they'll text me to make sure I'm actually a true Christian because they refuse to date someone who isn't "Christ-centered".

Last week, I had a date with a liberal girl who agreed to a first date, but then at the last minute texted me to say she was a strong supporter of LBGTQ rights and that she's a feminist and since I'm a conservative, maybe it's not worth meeting.

Just now, I had another liberal girl, who I'm supposed to meet tomorrow, text me to ask me if I voted for Trump. Because if I did "this probably won't work".

How should I respond to these? So far, I just try to assuage their fears so they don't bail, but I'm wondering if I should stand my ground.
