there are laws in New York which allow to sue a person who lied/deceived another one to have intercourse (these laws explicitly exclude makeup and push up clothes)

Of course, why would women be held to any level of accountability.

Also, it was probably out of necessity. I mean absolutely nothing about any woman is honest. So, the courts would just be overwhelmed with suits.
