If you need someone to tell you then your probably just gonna relapse the problem most people run into when quitting anything toxic is they usually fill the gap with something else equally as toxic to compensate

If it's something you feel you have to do every day, it's probably a problem. By problem I mean it is distracting you from other things that would benefit you. Too much fapping will lower your sex drive and you'll be less inclined to try to meet women. Too much video gaming and you'll miss out on opportunities to go out, meet people, read, work on other hobbies etc.

From what I understand porn and certainly video games aren't a problem for MGTOW at all.

If you're going your own way and you want to play video games, why not? Same with porn, you're just using it as a means to an end.

You're probably better off asking /MGTOW though.
