Hit the weight room 3 days a week. Join a Crossfit or laid back combat arts class. No more junk food. Eat well and get 8 hours of sleep every night by going to bed early.

Read the sidebar. Not everything on the sidebar will speak to you, but take from it what works for you and makes sense.

Spend time with male friends who bring you up and support you. Eject anyone who is a leech or is like a crab pulling you back into the bucket of suck they dwell in.

Talk less, listen more, in every setting. Tell fewer jokes, and ask more questions. In fact, stop telling jokes entirely---comedians do that. Instead, do interesting things, and then relate those stories to people, with a bit of a humorous edge.

Sell your television. End your video game playing. Read. Internet time should be minimal, until you build a solid base of professional and general knowledge via reading and experience.
