If people are deleting you off facebook you're probably giving them a reason presently. No one goes "oh he used to be a dork better cut ties" because no one cares, that is on no one's radar and if it is maybe they're the creepy one, not you as i suspect.

Delete facebook, hit the gym. You can't and shouldn't undo or hide your past but you can learn from it. Again, no one gives a shit unless you're giving them a reason too. Sally Struthers effect.

Delete your social media. It's a bunch of blue pill garbage anyway, it has no value for you until you have achieved a high SMV, and even with high SMV its debatable whether or not it is beneficial.

Here's what I do. Delete every post on Facebook. Set the banner as "User rarely found." Leave one post says "This is my Facebook. " Then create an album full of your recent sexy photos.

BOOM! Whenever people ask for ur fb, give them that and say, "I'm not really on social media, I make enough friends in really life. " Say it with a James Bond like grin.
