i swear some people over think shit like this.

just remember that attraction is built. some people have it easy in a sense they can build attraction within minutes of being seen. but some others need time to build attraction. just talk to her like normal, facetiming is not a date.

the key is to never think of her as your only option.

Met a girl online. She's kinda far so we FaceTimed. Convo seemed OK. We parted w/o saying anything regarding actually meeting up.

Seemed ok = Boring = No gina tingles. There is no "we" parted without saying anything about meeting up. You didn't pursue. No girl will push plans to meet up. You fucked up.
