I tried to read this article, but could not go further than the abstract.

As I seem to understand: the authors used a statistical analysis to confirm that "reason is preferentially associated with male, feeling is preferentially associated with female", Then they made an assumption (how?) that reasoning and feeling (as preferred method of decisionmaking?) are not gender related and named the results of the analysis as "gender stereotyping" and concluded that this was bad.

Am I right?

(Is the stereotyping of grizzly bears also a bad thing?)
