No, "female gaze" is literally the same thing as male gaze, it apply the same rules of heterosexual woman looking at men as "sex object" aka that lean, muscular, pretty male character in movies/tv series. Of course if you are in your 30s or 40s, you will maybe find that first section of this dudes tiktok video more attractive, but that is what is that female gaze about. Just look at Twilight Saga, GLOW, I love Dicks and many other movies mainly produced for young women.

And if someone try to criticize me for saying "it is the same thing", it literally is. I do not really like going around bushes and saying how it try to counter male gaze and destroy this whole cinama thing, how it is different, because women do not think this way and yada yada.

Back in high school my entire friend group was pretty much drooling over the brief scene in Thor where he's shirtless. (I will say I do find it incredibly unfair how many films show women in their undies, and not men... but obviously that's not "muh oppreshun").
