Depends on why you have that trauma bond. Are you creating situations TO trauma bond? Were you in an abusive relationship?

Maybe you should just research trauma bonding. To me it seems impossible for humans NOT to trauma bond. It’s all about stress and feel good hormones flooding your brain.
I think the best we can do is recognize trauma bonding, give ourselves tools to deal with it when it happens, and avoid situations that cause it.
