I only short term date but found loopholes to keep relationship going without any laws locking me to any liability and payment. I rent out room or section of house to a girl I'm dating so she is just a roommate and not a Common-law and renew once a year until she asks for marriage or cheats, then I evict for not paying rent.

You need to first become aware of the laws in your country/city. Most likely you do not know how bad they are, because the female-centric culture tries to hide them from you.

In America, for example, we have (illegal and unconstitutional) secret courts with no right to a jury that judge many domestic matters, with standards that effectively presume you guilty, and proceedings are hidden from the public. If you were charged with first degree murder, on the other hand, you would be presumed innocent and offered a public jury trial. Most men are blissfully unaware that this insane tyranny is the standard in America - until it happens to them.

The culture's goal is to get you to turn off your brain, think with your heart/dick and get married anyway, hiding the truth from you until it's too late to turn back.

It also paints all men destroyed by these laws as "deserving" of such brutal punishment, and that only bad men are punished, so that you are led to believe that you will be immune to this punishment, because you are a "good guy."

MGTOW is about becoming educated on the truth, then making rational decisions as an adult.

MGTOW avoid marriage because it's a scam and instantly transfers your personal power to the female collective and the state. Cohabitation is also dangerous because many governments treat it as marriage. Reproduction and raising a family is hazardous because of child support laws, CPS, and the tyrannical family courts.

But beyond this, anyone selling you other ideas as core tenets of MGTOW are only sharing their personal opinions on the subject.

Sex, for example, is something you make the choices best for you - but only given your understanding of the above. Which is why sleeping around, FWB, long-term relationships can all work (or fail) depending on your situation.

Let's keep it simple.

Women want a man. A man wants sex. This is why men won't marry when women are so promiscuous. Why would you buy the cow when the milk is free?
Women want babies. Men want families. Men prioritize their children over women. Women can't accept this and use their children as weapons in divorce and family courts.

I'd like to answer your question with a question. Who has more sex: married men or men dating women? If women could only understand this truth and have sex with their husbands, a lot would change.

Everyone will do things his own way. I tend to go for non-committed relationships. At various times, I've had two or three women on the line that I would see whenever we wanted to see each other. On average, I probably saw a given woman twice or so per month. I suspect they were seeing other men and they probably knew I was seeing other women. It wasn't a problem.
