When does ownership not fall onto us men?

You should always take ownership for everything that happens to you. Even if it's not your fault. I know that may sound trite at first. Let me explain:

When you do this you create a life where you are responsible for your actions, and everything that happens to you.

Your power went out because there was an outage? You could've had a generator. Think harder next time. Someone keys your car? Shitty, but you could've parked in a less sketchy part of town. Your phone accidentally knocks down off the table and breaks? You could've had a good case on it or put it in a better place.

It gets you out of victim mode and empowers you to be proactive.

Some women are sick in the head and if things dont go right its not your fault. That covers the first two. As far as your boss is concerned that may be on you or you ay just have a shitty boss man. You should take ownership for yourself and not others.
