A brief background:

  • We've known each other since we were young but have only reconnected.
  • She's two years older than me (she's 20, I'm 18).
  • Apart from being very intelligent (scored in the top 1% during her schooling year, completing two college degrees at the moment), well-mannered and polite, she is very attractive, confident and modest.
  • I am 100% sure that she likes me.
  • I am 100% sure that she's a virgin.

She isn't the 'one' but I'd prefer to enter an LTR with her than not. She is undeniably one of the higher value women that I've met. We met through a dancing class so there's no contact barrier in that sense, plus she'll hug me in a friendly way when we meet.

My question lies in the best way to approach her. I'm currently lifting weights and reading until the class starts up again in a month. I have her number but would rather ask her out in person. Even then, I am considering showing interest in another girl to spark some jealousy and get her hamster spinning.

My plan as of this moment is to momentarily ignore her, then approach her from behind, grabbing her hips and whispering "I know you missed me", then asking her out saying "I'll be at (insert restaurant that I have not yet decided) at 6pm, you have 3 seconds to tell me if you'll be there."

Any faults/flaws in this approach? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
