Your move is to just go with the flow buddy. There is nothing productive you can do to stop a crazy bitch and an army of white knights. Delete your social media and lay low for awhile.

This is a blessing Brother, you dodged the crazy train and you get to weed out friends who are on her side without having to listen to what you have to say.

Stop calling her and shit, stop all contact, she wants drama and you got to stop giving it to her. Ghost her.

Hahaha I fucking hate social media for reasons like this, and I try to unplug my life as much as possible.

If I was you, I would play it like this if you truly just want to move on:

Take the issue offline.

Post something short. Say something like "[Girl's Name] and I are no longer seeing each other. If you wish to discuss it, I'd be happy to meet and talk about it". Don't talk about how crazy she is. Don't even reference why. Don't be petty and stoop to her bullshit. Just say loud and clear, "I'm done with you". If people aren't willing to meet up with you and ask, "Hey man, what's up with this?", then who cares right?

I say take the hardline and just say, "Due to various issues, I no longer want to see you."

She'll freak out probably and then come crawling back because you will have rejected her, not her rejecting you. Then when she comes crawling back. Don't return contact with her and move on.

I say abandon ship and don't look back. I promise you there are women just as attractive who are far more well adjusted.

The signs are clear to me. She first of all wants drama, second she wants the leverage. Youll give her neither: dont engage in her social media drama. Set that boundary right away: If she tries to rope you in you say you avoid drama and leave it at that. Let her hamster spin. The leverage? You're DONE. Screw the 10 year history, she obviously distespected you publicly, you probably have oneitis. Hb9 so what? Is she worth this headache? If you had a couple other hb9's to spin as plates would you put up with this girl? Probably not, youd flake at the first sign of drama. So get some abundance mentality and drop her. It's over, hard next and let her incite drama on her social media all she wants, she probably wont know when to stop and people will get sick of it quickly, and of her.

As for crying over spilled milk, so you had beta tendencies in the past, maybe you still do. So what? Give yourself a fucking break. Just make sure your friends know she is making shit up and you don't want any drama about / with her. And it's over.

But being with a girl 10 years and not showing anything of contact on social media is a huge comfort-test failure.
