Internalised misandry/gynocentrism. We often judge men for fulfilling their basic instincts for unlimited access to unlimited sexuality. That's a blue pilled mindset though.

When you see celebrity alpha men apologising like betas for their promiscuous past, it means they are 1) virtue signalling to reduce penalties by gynocentric society. 2)They have internalised misandry and blue pilled ideas. It's what we call the purple pill. They tasted the red pill through their promiscuous prime years, but now are falling back to their deep rooted blue pilled programming by society.

One step further, as a mgtow, i'd say even that promiscuous past is gynocentric cause it derives self worth from female sources.

Other forms of internalised misandry: To automatically think a man is to blame when you hear about a divorce/ court trial. To assume he raped a female just cause she accused him. To assume pedophilia is to be expected from all men. To assume masculinity is inherently violent. To assume motherhood is more important than fatherhood. To assume men are higher paid cause a patriarchal conspiracy. To feel ashamed for your own sexual feelings and instincts towards females. And the list goes on.

Oneitis/the concept of the soul mate. A pure disney fabrication.There are no ones or soul mates, thats just gynocentric programming, relationships require immensely hard effort and humility to work. Also prerequisite for them is cultivation and education in a healthy environment from an infantile age for both partners, and even then monogamy and life time stability is in question.

Simping. Doing any types of favors to women expecting reciprocation in the erotic department. Buying them drinks, making their assignments, giving them car rides, giving them gifts. Including liking their instagram pics and commenting on them thus feeding their narcissism without ever getting anything back.
