I met a girl a few months ago through a mutual friend, and on the first night we met I went back to her place and we hooked up (although we didn't have sex because we were too drunk). I met up with the same group of people again a week later and she was obviously keen to have sex (basically said as much) and so we ended up at her place and fucked.

I had handled it pretty well until that point, but from there I made some mistakes. She was obviously keen to do it again (messaged me saying so) but I didn't arrange for it to happen in my messages, and pretty much only messaged her a few times each weekend. There was one time that we were in the city at separate places and were going to meet up, but it didn't pan out (I made a bit of a beta move by leaving the place I was at to go meet her but she messaged saying she was too drunk).

After that I messaged her the next weekend and she asked if I only message on weekends. I failed this pretty badly with a horrible response and then she didn't reply, haven't talked since in over a month.

Do you guys think this situation is recoverable? I'd like to fuck her again. There may be an opportunity with an event with that same group of people, but is it a good idea to wait for that, or just reestablish contact now?
