You measure progress by setting and achieving goals for yourself. For example, do you weigh as much as youd like to? Are you satisfied with your level of fitness/muscle tone? If not, you start by setting some small goals for yourself and putting in work at the gym and in the kitchen to achieve them.

Youve read the sidebar and have absorbed considerable TRP knowledge. You ask yourself Now what? Well, for what purpose did you spend your time and energy on reading the sidebar? What did you hope to accomplish? What was your vision of your future self after getting through the TRP theory?

So, let's say you have a vision. A vision of a better you. How do you make that a reality? You set small goals, and get to work.

Continue to learn more about all, track progress on all.

You set your own specific, measurable goals.

Everything you read on TRP should be thought of in the context of those goals.

For example, I currently have a goal to spin 3-5 plates at once. So, I focus my reading/questions on the basics and skip all the advanced stuff regarding LTRs.
