Spetnatz recently released a documentary on MGTOW, although it might not be what you're looking for. It's a more general overview.

There were men who we'd recognize as MGTOW (without the label, of course) before 1970. There were confirmed bachelor groups in the early 20th century (Bachelor League), pushing back against the shaming from puritanical wahmen. In Wright and Elam's book on MGTOW, there is a long quotation from a MGTOW guy in the 18th century (I believe), which is pretty cool.
