So recently I've been forcing myself to lift. I do not enjoy it, but i know it will come in handy.

For the past week maybe, ive been doing a bunch of random workouts. I usually target my abbs because thats the aesthetic feature ive dreamed of. I also do something for my arms for maybe 20 minutes. Thats what i dread the most.

I have some weights, and they are heavy for me, but they are all i got. They were given to me by my grandfather and i got a shakeweight from my mother . Not sure if it works.

I also clock in at least 4-5 miles 6 days a week.

I intermittent fast as well. Considering i cant quiet control what my parents cook. But i have made them change small stuff like going from white to wheat bread. Using turkey instead of beef in spaghetti, and even getting a fitbit.

I really don't know what I'm doing, its getting discouraging seeing my body look practically the same all this time. Im in way better shape than i was when i was younger, and it is cool to hear my marine uncle compliment me on my physique.

But i still have man boobs, and a belly.

I assume that i am 30% body fat according to a picture scale on builtlean.com.

Im doing like ive been told to do here, but its not changing. I only play my video games on the weekend and clock in maybe 5 hours, but i dont eat when i do. My running and attempted lifting is by far what i spend most of my time doing. So theres no way my hobby is hurting me.

Im 188 lbs and 5"8. Im 17.

Heres my equipment: https://imgur.com/a/QayFp

I have noticed though that im way more willing to tell someone to shut their bullshit up. Maybe thats testosterone?

Help.
