I've been stuck working at the family business for the last 5 years due to family problems, wasting my mid 20s and halting my development. Long story short it's a shitty lifestyle (no social life, no personal time, toxic family, workplace and town) and to large detriment to my family ive just left and moved across the country. In addition ive been dealing with depression and physical health issues the last couple of years.

I'm living in my sisters empty apartment for free for a couple months before its sold. My other sisters friend intends to set me up with a job so I'm pretty lucky.

I've written a list of habits I'm (re)starting to get my mental and physical health back in order as I form a routine and attempt to set a healthy foundation for myself.

Health: • Wake up early everyday • Do /r/bodyweightfitness routine and HIIT (no lifting due to injury) • Nofap once a week • Daily back (injury) exercises and stretches • Yoga once a week with sister • Vit D and ZMA everyday • Internet leisure/TRP one hour a day only • No more smart phone • Start keto diet • Enquire about swimming lessons • Meditate daily

Work and study • Go to work (obviously) • Study software dev book every night • Apply for more relevant jobs • Practice job interview aptitude tests (failed 8 in the last 2 months) • Do online projects software dev

In addition I hope to get my first non escort lay this year. Been reading TRP for 1.5 years now but not been able to practice it.

I have a couple okayish friends here and my sister who I can see for social stuff initially.

Truly beyond ecstatic to have some independence, a routine and a chance to start my life. Feeling some overwhelming guilt about leaving but my health hit a turning point and I had an opportunity to leave.

What am I missing from my list?
