I dont know I deleted all social media in 2015 and havent looked back. The level of privacy invasion easily makes the NSA look like a bunch of incompetent arselickers.

If you are looking for something in the spirit of mgtow2, I'd say the answer is no. I went on this search as well and got a few private group invites.

Within these groups are rp ragers carrying on about 'thots hitting the wall', divorce court injustices, and the feminist boogeyman. I did not come across a single soul that appeared to be going his own way and interested in stoic conversation.
