Hey guys, it has been fun reading and posting here.

I like the positivity, I like what this sub stands for and I especially like how y'all understand this unique frustration with relationships.

I could never fully articulate my feelings in real life or in most spaces on the internet.

The frustration. The rage. The depression. The isolation that is being a man with experiences and emotions that are deemed invalid or trivialized at best. I think this is what made those negative emotions stronger, not being understood or being offered condescending advice.

I want to believe I've become a stronger person now.

I've given up drinking, porn, toxic friendships, started meditating and exercising. My career is great. I walk faster because I know where I'm going, my way.

So the last thing that has to go is social media, which includes reddit. This will be my last post and the last time I get on reddit.

Good luck to you all, plot your own path carefully and let your adventurous spirit carry you there.
