I doubt I can be your mentor because I haven't completely carved my own way, but I do have a direction and purpose and if nothing else we can be accountability partners if we can find some common ground. Let's talk.

One thing I can tell you right now is that with business, government does not have to win every time, you can win and keep most of your money, but it takes some money to set up a system that works for you. It does however depend on the type of business you were running but in general, there are ways to get around laws and high taxes.

Why money you say? To buy time. The only reason why I want more money is to free myself from having to cook, clean, wash and dry the clothes... basically every single thing that I don't absolutely want to do. I want enough money where I can pay people to do all that shit for me so that I can train 6 hours a day, work for 8-10 hours a day and sleep the rest of the time. That is the fundamental reason. The next reason one needs more money is to be able to experiment "endlessly" The reason Amazon is succesful in so many fields is because they fail 9/10 times, but that one time their attempt is so succesful that it more than makes up for all the millions "lost" in experimentation. I don't know for you, but I want to have an impact on the world, a huge impact, not because I want everyone to know my name but because I know that things can be changed and I'm going to die trying to change the world around me. For me personally I want to reform the field of psychology and agriculture while also becoming an elite athlete in my field, what are some things you would like to change or think you can do more optimally than we as a society are currently doing?

My thought on this is that you are not meant to be happy all of the time. That said nothing seems to 'scratch the itch' on the bigger picture yet. I am hoping time heals this disquiet/lack of goals, and I am hoping I don't blow my ride (or run out of momentum.)

First gen canadian here, i find most canadians dont really give a dam where you were born, they just care if you're a good person. Admittedly, ive spent most my life in the more liberal parts of canada, so if you're in central canada i dunno what people are like.

I dont really know that there are any mgtow "mentors" so to speak. If you're looking for philosophical inspiration, I would look at Stoics like Marvus Aurellius. If its men and women, check out Paul Elam.

Mgtow is basically just rejecting marriage and formal relationships because the risks and costs outweigh the reward and benefits a man gets.

You mention you are creative and have hobbies. One thing could be exploring monetizing those hobbies. Never know one could take off pretty well for you.

the problem is you live in Canada where everyone is doped up and depressed. It's normal to be depressed when everyone else is. Try a holiday to somewhere else or something. I don't know why you need a mentor, it's a lot better to figure things out yourself. You need to learn to meditate and think about the bigger picture and what exactly you want to understand.

I think it's contradictory to have a mentor to your own way...

Share your songs and you will find those who like it. Believe me, it can be even 20 or 30 ppl, but they will give you feedback.

And you are right about not feeling welcomed. Humans fear what they don't know. But you get around that building up your credibility. Don't expect people to like you/welcome you for no reason at all.

I think your biggest problem is that you still validate yourself based on others, and that is very dangerous. Make your song because you want it to exist, make your paintings because you want them to exist.
