Absolutely drained. I work 2 jobs. I also go to a university. One pays decent. Other pays very little, and is boring. But the post-grad opportunities are fairly impressive. So it’s more of a delayed gratification. 5 months left of this.

I originally took it though out of need. 4 months ago, my car was defaulted, I was months behind on my credit card, owed thousands in debt. No savings. 0 income. Now, nothing impressive, but have 1.5k in savings, credit card almost paid off, caught up in my car, paid off most loans besides school.

So I’m getting picky now since I don’t need the part time job.

My problem is. I don’t want to make an irrational decision and leave. My end goal is to build a business, sell it and retire. 6-8 year plan most likely. It’s hard to do that with lack of capital. This job is a standard 35-40 hours a week, 80-100k in a rural town, no travel. So I can grind out business after hours and still have decent capital.

Also. Seeing as I’m not full time, how would I bring up a position like that to my boss for after college?
