Need your help on this one.

Got into an argument with this girl that I'm not interested in. Don't care about her but I'm in an exchange program and we have a big social circle of exchange students that I rely on for partying and stuff.

She's the most annoying, toxic girl that I've ever met and it wouldn't surprise me if she turned the girls in the program against me. I tried to apologize like a normal human being and she didn't accept.

What am I supposed to do now in order to keep the colateral damage low.
