Not getting unhealthy enough to need other people to wipe my ass, once it get to that point, i'll just Smith & Wesson retirement plan out.

Well I’ll suck start a shotgun if things get too bad for me to take care of myself.

Alternately I’ll do what my parents did and get old age insurance.

Always have a way to check yourself out. Dementia, loss of mobility etc. You can be as healthy as you like, but accidents do happen. The good thing being single is that you don't need to live like a zombie just because your spouse/kids feel guilty to let you go.
Move to a country where health care is cheap, or you can enjoy cheap and available public health care.
The said country should also have access to cheap domestic helpers to help with cooking or cleaning if you are temporarily immobilized.
Invest in a old age house that everything is slip proof. Most elderly folks start their long anguish to death by sliping and breaking a leg bone. When you are old, your bone will be weak, and your muscle + coordination will be bad as well. So you can fall easily.
Watch out your health. Don't drink & smoke. Don't participate in extreme sports. A broken bone is forever weaker than an unbroken one. You can Google this fact. But also exercise, stronger muscle and body mobility helps old age quality of life a great deal. Diet is important, don't eat junk, don't over-eat, but also don't under eat. If you are not born vegetarian, stay away from it. You won't know what nutrition you missed to give you weak bone when you are senile.
Never be lazy or stingy with dental health. You will thank your younger self later.
