In an attempt to reconcile after infidelity a year ago I gave my STBXW passwords to my gmail, social media accounts, etc. I think you can see where this is going.
The psycho printed out 10 years worth of google search history. It was 400+ pages long. There wasn’t anything too exciting in there, a bit of porn, etc. Now she is threatening to use it against me in divorce to label me a sex addict and that I’m not fit to be around my teenage daughter.

Would this be admissible in a trial? She is using it as leverage to get a better deal. How would you defend against this situation? Multiple devices in my house are signed into my gmail account and I think one at work was too. I know, I know….. I won’t make that mistake again. Learn from my mistake and never give access, they only use it to dig up dirt to hurt you with.
