So I wasn't sure where to go and found this subreddit so I'm hoping someone has experience or knowledge. My daughter will be starting public school this august near where I live because I made sure that she goes there since where my ex lives is in the middle of nowhere and this is a very good school. That being said, she lives an hour away from where my daughter will be going to school, forcing her to wake up at ungodly hours of the morning to leave and get there on time. I know how long it takes me to get her ready in the morning, make sure she has a good breakfast and get her to daycare. I normally get her there around 9 AM since I own my own business and can afford to let her get more rest/spend more time with her. What bothers me is that I noticed that my daughter was getting checked into daycare at 6:50 AM when she's with her. Meaning she must have to wake her up at AT LEAST 5 AM to get themselves ready in the morning and get there at that time. It really bothers me that she is forcing my child to wake up that early and feel like it could affect her mentally. She refuses to accept that that is way too early to wake a child up and that she isn't harming her by doing that and refusing to move closer even though her moving closer for this exact reason was in the initial agreement (unfortunately it wasn't written in paper). Is there any way I can make it to where I have custody of her during the week even if its split 50/50 custody if i can prove she is forcing my child to wake up and get thrown into a car this early or am I just being petty?
