I (M22) and wife (F24) have been married for 3 years. No kids. I was married to her when i was 19.

Early on our relationship was great, we lived a great life together, traveling the world, going on the most fun dates, having great sex constantly, enjoying our time. Now its the complete opposite.

Around the 1 year mark of our relationship, i saw a change in her, she was just less affectionate, more reserved, less willing to give out love, that took a serious toll on me. We began to fight and argue about the petty things too too much, barely wanted to talk, hangout with each other, all of that.... Super Long story, VERY SHORT. I stepped out on marriage. I was just craving some form of love, and romance again which my marriage lacked. I was miserable in my marriage and still an. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. And my marriage is a trigger for that.

After my infidelity, my wife took me back. We worked on things, it was good the first few months. But now, its just awful again. We barely speak when at home, the sex is slowly decreasing, my attraction i feel is fading, i feel less loved, i feel less confident. Idk what to do.

I am 22, i have a great paying job, car, im good for myself, i just dont know if i should spend my young adult life like this. Im a good looking guy i feel.. never had issues with women.. so i feel i wont have a problem eventually finding real love again. But is it worth me feeling hopeless and staying or do i take my chances?

This is my biggest fear, my wife is loving, always had my back, but we do have our issues. And i just cant help the way i feel.

I feel that guilt would destroy me. But im just NOT HAPPY.

Any advice for a guy in my situation?

(We have tried counseling a few times, im in therapy currently, i do not have a porn problem lol)
