Hello all-

The lease where my STBX (petitioner) is residing ends the end of this month. And, because she is unemployed, I am afraid landlord will not sign a new lease for her.

I provided written notification on 30 days notice so I can have my name out of lease.

Can a judge (Texas) force me to sign a rental agreement with my STBX while pending divorce?

My concern is that she will not be able to afford, and affect my credit.

Please advise. Thank you.
