I just randomly found this sub and browser around a bit and found some helpful info.

I am in the middle of a divorce (Texas), still have a few weeks until it will be finalized in court. The short story is that I got home one day from work and she had emptied the house and disappeared with our children. As I was reading through the temporary orders I came across a clause that states have to report to the court and subsequently to my spouse if I move or get a new job but there is no provision for her to have to do the same. Is this normal?
