So I took the day off today to go to my attorneys office to review the trial books and stay home and start composing questions that I want my attorney to ask me and my STBX and my dad and sister at the trial.

Left my truck in backyard so my STBX would not see if I’m home. She has been staying somewhere else for the past week. Lo and behold she stopped by and was angry that I was at home. She grabbed some clothes from her room and then started taking pictures of things around the house. She is crazy paranoid that I would be taking things out of house. I don’t give an owlish hoot about what she takes. I didn’t engage. Sister coming over this pm / I’ll have her park in garage so STBX won’t see that anyone is here in case she drives by. She is writing questions also and we will compare.

I am just hoping this trial will be a one day affair and not drag out to a further date. On second thought they don’t want to be asking witnesses to return on subsequent days.
